This page explains how I handle the information you share with me through this website — in particular through the contact form.

Data controller

What the contact form does

The contact form on this site does not store your data on any server. When you submit it, your browser opens your default email application with a pre-filled message addressed to georg.lagerberg@icloud.com. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own email client.

What data I receive

Once you send the email, I receive the information you chose to include: your name, email address, the topic you selected, and your message. The legal basis for processing this data is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). I use it only to reply and, if relevant, to follow up about coaching, speaking, advisory or publishing.

How long I keep it

I keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for our conversation or any work that follows from it, and in any case for no longer than 24 months from our last exchange. You can ask me at any time to delete your messages from my inbox sooner.

Where the data is stored and shared

Incoming messages are stored in my personal mailbox at iCloud (Apple Inc.), which acts as my email provider and processor. Apple may process and store data on servers outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA under its standard safeguards. I do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. A small preference in your browser remembers your chosen language (English or Swedish).

Your rights

Under Swiss (FADP) and EU (GDPR) data protection law you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC). To exercise any of these rights, write to georg.lagerberg@icloud.com and I will respond within a reasonable time.
